We use the freshest locally sourced New Zealand produce including our own home-grown vegetables. Our guests are able to select a 2 or 3 course evening meal and depending on how Peter has performed with the fly rod we will serve our extra special complimentary trout cakes! Pre-dinner complimentary drinks and nibbles are served at the bar if you are dining with us.
Each meal is complimented with carefully chosen New Zealand wine, Pinot Noir is our particular favourite and we have many different labels for you to try. We have a carefully chosen wine list for our guests to purchase local and international wines and craft beers.
A fabulous Kiwi home cooked dinner is optional but highly recommended at NZ$65 per person for two courses including a glass of wine. We can provide lunches (packed or in-Chalet) on request, and we can provide dairy and gluten free meals, again on request. We also provide guests with the option of a day menu to serve light meals from 11am to 6pm,
We serve breakfast at a time suitable for our guests, this is included in the room rate. A full continental buffet consisting of fresh fruits, homemade cereals, bakery and a selection of juices. Nina will then cook you something tasty from a wide choice including traditional English, omelettes and more.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you would like an evening meal.
